You will be right in the middle of the Route des Grands Crus and be able to discover the cultural heritage of this prestigious village known throughout the world, thanks to the history of its fine Burgundy wines – you are 15 km south of Dijon and on the route of the Climats of the Burgundy vineyards, recognized by UNESCO World Heritage. Discover natural beauty sites (e.g. - La Combe Lavaux, a classified national nature reserve), gastronomy, the quaint local market Sunday morning (7am-1pm) and of course the vineyards and their cellars, which are a must.

The house is yours entirely, it’s independent with a covered private outdoor space in the large courtyard which leads through to the Winery’s offices.
Come in and make yourself at home. There is a big 13m2 fully-equipped kitchen with range cooker – it’s inviting you to try and make some good local dishes! And if you purchase wines, you can keep them in the wine cooling cabinet provided.

On the second floor, there is sleeping space for one, separated by a curtain screen - and a big 32m2 bedroom which sleeps 4 (one double bed and two single beds separated by an attractive screen). You have easy access to the shower room and toilets from this floor.
The owner has paid great attention to the decoration, furniture, and textiles which are simple but of good quality.
Just sit back and put your feet up! The caretaker conciergerie package includes cleaning during your stay or after you leave depending on the length of your stay and providing bedding and bathroom linen.
Have a real rest! Coffee, coffee filters, tea and sugar are available when you arrive! A warm welcome is guaranteed!
